Women's Leadership Fund

Andrea Mandel-Campbell of CTV's Business News Network interviews Former Prime Minister Campbell regarding Naissance Capital's Women's Leadership Fund.  As a founding member of the board, Ms. Campbell and Naissance Capital believe that a higher return can be earned and an important social objective can be achieved by investing in companies demonstrating best practices with regard to Gender Diversity. They act as both a ‘beacon’ and a ‘siren’ by investing in firms which understand the need for greater female representation, and by taking an activist stance against those which do not. In this way, they will make a real contribution towards advancing opportunities for women in the workplace.
